NOVSKY
Terms of service
Last updated: 18 September 2026
By using the Novsky desktop application or an agent installed with it, you agree to these terms.
What Novsky is
Novsky installs and manages a personal AI agent on a server that you own or rent. The application itself is free; agent templates ("kits") are paid and licensed per installation: one purchased key activates one Telegram bot.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the server the agent runs on, for the accounts you connect to it (Telegram, Claude, OpenAI, Google and others) and for complying with their terms.
- You decide what your agent may access. Connections to Google services are established only with your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time.
- You must not use Novsky or your agent for unlawful purposes or to access data you are not entitled to.
Google services
Google features are provided through Google APIs and are subject to Google's terms. Novsky processes Google user data only on your server and in accordance with our privacy policy.
No warranty
Novsky is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Novsky's developers are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the application or of an agent installed with it.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address.
